What's in it?
Organic Catuaba bark
The historic traditional use of this herbal tonic is legendary. Many say it is the most famous of all Amazonian aphrodisiac plants. The effect is particularly pronounced in men. It's a strong tonic and nervous system fortifier.
It's also known for its general capability of giving strength and relieving fatigue.
Organic Muira Puama
Sometimes also known as the ‘Viagra of the Amazon’ in the West or ‘Potent wood’ by the Amazon natives, Muira Puama has been used to improve the psychological and physical aspects of libido and sexual function, including menstrual cramps and PMS, for centuries.
Muira Puama is also a good tonic for the nervous system, which may be beneficial in terms of stress management and mild exhaustion.
Caution: Muira Puama may raise blood pressure
Spearmint contains vitamins, antioxidants, and vital nutrients. It has very similar benefits to peppermint such as improving digestion and circulation, reducing pain, eliminating inflammation and balancing hormones.
It can help increase circulation to the body’s extremities, boosting energy levels and wound healing.
Also known as Goddess of Love and Love Leaf, Damiana was used by the Aztecs to stimulate desire and sensual sensations. This plant is so important to Mexico that is has been classified as a ‘national treasure’ and is now prohibited to export it as a live plant.
It produces a mild emotional uplift, acts as an anti-depressant and a calming tonic. It's a tonic for the kidneys, the sexual organs and the nervous system.
Steam sterilised to preserve freshness and taste. Originally from Asia, ginger has been used for its medicinal purposes for nearly 2,000 years by various cultures. It contains high levels of Vitamin C, magnesium and other minerals.
Organic Blue Malva
Malva is believed to have the ability to speed wound healing, protect against infection and reduce inflammation. It's also known to reduce signs of aging, improve respiratory health, digestion, sleep and treat headaches.
Maca is known to balance hormones as it contains the nutrients necessary to support normal hormone production. It nourishes them and reduces stress hormones. It can improve your mood and reduce symptoms of menopause.
It has also been used as a way to increase fertility and libido.
Organic Rose petals
Rose tea is known for its uplifting yet calming properties and for relieving menstrual discomfort. Rose petals are high in vitamin C - an essential part of our immune system as it stimulates the production of white blood cells and functions as an antioxidant.
Siberian ginseng helps to normalise the way in which the body responds to stress and acts to regulate hormones and support the whole of the central nervous system.
By far the biggest single use of Siberian ginseng is its ability to increase energy - helping with symptoms of low energy and fatigue are addressed.
Siberian ginseng is also frequently used as an immune booster. Men have used the herb to improve sexual function and remedy impotence and it's believed to increase estrogen levels in women as well as ease menopausal symptoms.
Organic Star Anise
Star anise has been useful in the medical realm for treating a variety of fungal, bacterial and viral infections.
Many antioxidants occur naturally in plants, and star anise shown to have 13 to 25 highly active compounds. It can also aid in digestion and reduce bloating. It’s rich in antioxidants and vitamin A and C, which help fight free radicals that are responsible for early aging and diabetes.

Infuse 1 or 2 heaped teaspoons in water heated at 90-100°c, for 8-10 minutes.
Whole leaves take longer to infuse but it is definitively worth it!
Can be drunk hot or cold.
Take twice per day for maximum benefit. Do not take for longer than a week.
You may get some residue at the bottom of your cup, which is perfectly fine to drink and even recommended but if you don't like it try our of our bio tea bags!
This way most of the powder will get strained.
Drink regularly for stronger and longer-term effects.
Crush or grind the herbs prior to use.
Make sure that all ingredients are well mixed. Lighter particles and powders tend to sink at the bottom of the packet.
Do not leave herbs to steep in water as this may result in a slightly bitter infusion.
