There's a newbie on my online shop - Mint Duo - and I thought...cheeky Wednesday cocktail? Wy not! The best way to desperately browse for last minute Christmas presents if you ask me. haha
Like for all infused alcohols, prepare it in advance. That's the only faff really. Once that's done and strained all you have to do is mix up all the ingredients together and enjoy!
What you'll need:
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp sugar
- small handful mint leaves, plus extra sprig to serve
- 60ml white rum (previously infused for 3 days with Mint Duo 😍or any herbal tea you fancy, like nettle for example)
- soda water, to taste
How to
- Muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a small jug, crushing the mint as you go. Pour into a tall glass and add a handful of ice.
- Pour over the infused rum, stirring with a long-handled spoon. Top up with soda water, garnish with mint and serve.
