Refund and Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after reception of your goods.

You will receive a full refund including the original postage if the order is returned in full.

We hope you are happy with your product but if you wish to return it you may do so within 14 days.

Return delivery charges will only be refunded if the goods you received are faulty, damaged or are not what you ordered.

You may drop them off at our location. Mention it in the email so we can arrange a date.

All refunds will be made to the card on which the original purchase was made, within 14 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods.

We reserve the rights to deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value and/or quantity.

For example, damaged packaging resulting from unnecessary handling by you or if originally contained 40g and you sent 30g back.
