What's in it?
Lemon Verbena leaves
Research has connected lemon verbena to lower oxidative stress levels, evidenced by a decisive increase in white blood cells, our immune system’s first line of defence. This can not only improve cardiovascular health and reduce the risk of developing type-2 diabetes, but also supports skin health.
Organic Rosehips
One of nature’s richest sources of vitamin C, which we know is vital for collagen production and skin cell renewal, Rosehips also contain many important antioxidants – plant chemicals that are naturally anti-inflammatory. It contains loads of Vitamin A which is considered beneficial for the skin by keeping the skin elastic, preventing wrinkles and minimising the flaws of the skin.
Liquorice roots
Liquorice is less commonly known, but can help with collagen production and skin elasticity, with amino acids that help hydrate and moisturise the skin. Glycyrrhizin, glabridin, and liquiritin, the three active compounds found in liquorice root, all yield strong anti-inflammatory properties that help with everything from eczema to hyper-pigmentation. This is also a great tea to have before or after you’ve been in the sun.
Organic Peppermint
Peppermint tea is not only a great tea for digestion, but the menthol in it helps to slow down oil production in the skin, which is helpful for anyone with oily, acne prone skin. Compounds like vitamin E and D in peppermint tea also increase cell turnover, which helps us to shed the outer layers of dead skin cells, leaving us with that coveted glow.
Organic Amchoor (Mango) Powder
The spice Amchoor is made from unripe or green mango fruits which have been sliced and sun dried. Apart from adding flavour and sweetness to this blend, Amchoor powder comprises various health benefits. It contains many nutrients including vitamin A, E and C, and antioxidants, and is used in preparing many Ayurvedic medicines. It improves immunity system of the body and also quite beneficial for your skin and hair.
Aniseeds
Aniseeds promote healthy respiration, digestion, eliminate toxins, support oral health and women’s health.

Tips
For best results, drink regularly.
You may get some residue at the bottom of your cup, which is perfectly fine to drink and even recommended but if you don't like it try our of our bio tea bags! This way most of the powder will get strained.
Crush or grind the herbs prior to use.
Make sure that all ingredients are well mixed. Lighter particles and powders tend to sink at the bottom of the packet.
Do not leave herbs to steep in water as this may result in a slightly bitter infusion.
